Hard Rain in Borobudur

In this writing, I want to tell you about my unforgettable experience. Two months ago, I and my friends planned to go to Borobudur. I coordinated my friends that what time and by what we went there. Then, after we discussing via SMS, we made a deal that we went by renting a car and we gathered in my boarding house.



When the time came, after my friends gathered, we went together in the morning. The trip took 45 minutes and in the middle of the trip, we bought Rambutan fruit near Mertoyudan. When we were on the trip, the weather was so bright. After we arrived , we directly went to buy the tickets. When we were walking to the Temple, we were to set aside time for taking pictures around the flower garden.



Then after we arrived on the Temple, we took pictures again. But not so long, suddenly the rain fell very hard so that we did not have time to save ourselves. Because we did not prepare to bring an umbrella, our bodies were all wet. We tried to hide ourselves among the stones relief. Because God loves us, He sent us someone who rent an umbrella. Then we rented several umbrellas for us by paying Rp 5000,- for each umbrella.



By using the umbrellas, we walked to the parking lot. When we were walking pass the souvenir shops, we bought clothes so we could change our shirt and trousers. After we changed the clothes, we walked to the car and we direct went to go to Jogja. Finally, we arrived at Jogja at the evening.



So, that is all my unforgettable experience. Why? Because during all in my life I went to Borobudur for many times, there was no rain. But at that time, not only the rain, but also the hard rain until all my clothes and body were wet.
